Though we represent property Owners, AE Commercial is also here to see to the needs of Tenants. We will always enforce the terms and conditions of your lease agreement those affecting your obligations as well as those affecting the Owner’s and act as an intermediary between both parties.

While we strive to ensure smooth sailing for all, sometimes issues do arise. Rest assured you can call or email the AE Commercial team at any time and we’ll endeavour to address your concerns the same day. Occasionally, circumstances might prevent this, in which case we’ll be there for you the following morning.
